Biejay isn't only a trainer, he's extremely well versed in chiropractic practices as well as physical therapy! He's like a human swiss army knife! I've been training with him now for almost 1 year - I look and feel so much stronger, without any hint of injury! Biejay gets it! He's also extremely active and tries out pretty much every sport out there, which means a lot to me since he then knows first hand what that particular sport would require of the body.
