Jan 15, 2025 · Gaston MeadowsAfter suffering a shoulder injury at work, I was directed to the North Broad location. Everyone on staff, from the doctors to the front desk, is incredibly courteous, compassionate, and patient-focused. There are very few professionals like Betsy, who works at the front desk. She treats everyone like a VIP and smiles when she says "good morning" or "afternoon." In an effort to make your visit as comfortable as possible, the staff listens to you, is kind, and attentive. In addition to giving you the greatest medical care, Drs. Joel and Doyle are considerate, educated, and guide you through the process. You are a human being in need of help--not simply a number--at PA Pain & Rehab. I adore this place and all of the staff! Thank you for making my life better! My impending discharge will be bittersweet.
