★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The staff and doctor are very helpful, caring, and sweet. They work well with children as well. If you have any concerns or questions they without hesitation have an answer. One thing I admired about the staff is that they acknowledge every patient by their name as they walk through the door without looking at a piece of paper. My children and I were involved in an accident and they helped with preforming stretches to get us to a better point of relief. From the very first visit to the last visit their services were an A+.30 and Beach (Chase building) location is the place to go....

Jun 03, 2025 · misty cervantesHello guys, my name is Angela this facility has & was very helpful for me; not to mention the kindness & compassion that I experienced while in their care. I also made i believe some lasting friends.
Jun 24, 2025 · Angela BaileyI’ve had a frustrating experience with the Fort Worth Pain and Injury Center. While the doctor is amazing, it’s clear that the high volume of patients creates significant cracks in treatment. Unfortunately, I felt more like a number than a person in need of care.Although the staff is kind, they lack proper training, which led to major delays and poor communication. For example, during my initial visits, no one set expectations or explained the process. I later learned I had to explicitly report when I was in pain for it to be documented. This oversight led my attorney to believe that treatment was progressing well, delaying approval for an MRI until three months after my accident. By then, I was diagnosed with a bulging disc—an issue that could have been addressed sooner with better communication. For months, I felt like I was just going through the motions: stretching, using a massage bed, and receiving TENS unit treatment without a clear plan. It wasn’t until an orthopedic doctor performed an ablation nearly four months later that I finally started to feel relief. This clinic desperately needs systemic changes. While I was able to advocate for myself, not everyone has the confidence or knowledge to do so. Patients should not be treated like numbers or feel like they’re being pushed through a conveyor belt. The staff is sweet but clearly overworked, and that impacts patient care.I hope this feedback encourages improvements, because patients deserve better.
