★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was referred to Dr T by one of my neighbors when I had serious lower back issues that prevented me from walking. Turns out, I have multiple discs and vertebrae that are bulging out and restricting the spinal cord causing sciatic nerve pain. Dr T looked at my MRI and took the time to listen to my concerns that I had. He setup a treatment plan that included chiropractic adjustments & acupuncture treatments. I experienced almost 80% better movement after the initial treatment, however I digressed to about 50% after the 2nd treatment. Dr T and his staff continued to listen and worked on various areas of my back and hip and I’m now on my 5th treatment and feeling nearly 100%. It’s a process, however Dr T & his staff have been AMAZING with the entire process of getting me back to my old self! I’ve been to other Chiropractors and NONE of them have the skill & willingness to work with you like Dr T. He provides excellent chiropractic treatments and even advises on various at-home stretching techniques to use to speed the recovery process. Top Tier all the way!!!
Aug 23, 2022 · Miles Land CareDr. T is one of the most ethical people I have had the pleasure of meeting since moving to Rockwall 6 years ago. Over the past 6 years he has improved my neck and shoulder pain. I have pinched nerves in both areas and the combined treatment of adjustment and acupuncture has done wonders. I highly recommend Dr. T and look forward to my next visit.
Oct 16, 2020 · Nathan MerchantI was skeptical about going to a chiropractor. Always made jokes when a friend said they were going. But I have been dealing with some serious lower back pain and finally got desperate. Dr. T and his staff were very friendly and spent the time getting to know me and what I was dealing with. When I walked in I could barely walk. But after the first session I had a 80% improvement. Not saying everyone can expect the same results, but i'm now a believer.

Feb 15, 2018 · Paul PoundsLet me start by saying that Dr. Hasegawa was actually very nice, friendly and genuinely helpful. His staff, however, are not. If you have any questions or issues with insurance/payments, be prepared to fight for it. We have been navigating the same insurance-related issue for three months now and the front desk personnel has shown a lack of compassion towards our situation. On our first day, the staff member requested that we pay out of pocket as they believed that Dr. Hasegawa was not within our insurance's network. We were told that we were out of network when we arrived for our appointment. We provided my dad’s information ahead of time and every other medical practice that was out of network has informed us of that fact before an appointment. This, in it of itself, was very unprofessional. But fine, we made the payment. A few days later, however, we learned that we were, in fact, covered. We spoke to the same front desk personnel and they admitted to that this was the case, but made little effort on her end to assist us in filing a claim for a refund. My mom ended up having to do all of the legwork for them (spending precious time out of her day contacting our insurance to get answers and clarification). During this entire process, the staff member in question showed us very little patience or grace and would not admit to any faults or mistakes on their part. For context, the staff member informed us that our insurance would only cover acupuncture in lieu of anesthesia. My mom said, “Okay? Then that means we are covered.” They kept insisting we were not. We argued and expressed our confusion because we did not receive any treatment that required anesthesia. “In lieu of” literally means “in place of,” so there should be no reason why we were not covered for the acupuncture treatment my dad received (we believe that the staff member did not understand what the phrase “in lieu of” meant), but they would not budge. We once again had to call our insurance company ourselves and had them intercede on our behalf just to prove to them that our insurance did, in fact, cover the treatment received. To this day, we still have not received our refund. I made a call yesterday asking for an update on the situation and the staff member lashed out at me (not an exaggeration). They claimed that there was a language barrier with my father. We are Filipino, but perfectly capable of conversing in English. The staff member has only met my dad once and barely spoke to him, so I don’t know where they pulled this “language barrier” insult from. I will once again add that my mother and I have been making calls on my dad’s behalf because he is a stroke survivor and still has trouble processing a lot of things. The staff member went on to say that, in the first place, she should be communicating with my dad. I had to remind her that he is stroke survivor and is therefore unable to respond to calls like this, but I was met with continued hostility. They raised her voice at me, called me rude even though I was completely civil when I initially called to follow up on our situation. The staff member told me that we were making them feel - and I quote - that they were “holding [our] money hostage.” I help my mom take care of my dad, and as one would expect, taking care of a stroke survivor is stressful enough as it is. Never in my life would I imagine having to justify why it is important for us to get our money back - funds that can be used toward other areas of my dad's healthcare needs.I am well within my rights to follow up on this matter - something THREE months in the making. I was completely taken aback by the treatment I received and cannot believe that this practice, a supposedly Christian environment, would condone this type of treatment toward their patients and their families.
