This is for the front desk or whoever managed the appointments. Sadly, it was someone who I was looking forward to seeing, Dr. Alex.To all future patients that are traveling afar especially taking the time away from work, planning a day to meet Dr. Alex as requested months in advance. Today was an unfortunate event due to lack of communication. Upon arriving, we filled out forms and waited to be called. The X-ray technician called for my mom. I asked if we were scheduled to see Dr. Alex and she said no, I’ll be seeing a different doctor. The whole point of this was specifically for Dr. Alex, why was I not notify? I drove over an hour. She said it was a “last minute” call stating he was sick. C’mon, this isn’t high school. Be more professional. The least you can do is give a courtesy call.Be considerate of other peoples time.

I was skeptical because Dr. Alex was a, "viral" sensation. I've been to multiple chiropractors and they all get those cracks and I was thinking maybe his were enhanced because the microphone and it wasn't anything special but I had to give it a try. When I first tried to visit there was a 6 month wait list. When I came in the staff was friendly very professional. Dr. Alex went over my x-rays with me and I mentioned I wanted everything cracked. Full body please. He did give me some great cracks but the game changer for me was the Y strap. That ran all the way down my spine and I was in shock with how good it was and how much relief it provided. With every other adjustment I've gotten, I do feel relief, however it's just instantly. After every visit since the first, I feel the relief for daysss. He recently created a pillow called DozyBoy. I was also skeptical because I have so many pillows and I have not found a good one. This one is adjustable so I was able to remove filling to my liking. I'm on day two and it's pretty comfy. I recommend everyone give him a try at least once.

I recently went to the OC Chiropractor, and saw Dr Alex, and I must say the disappointment was pretty real. I travelled from LA and waited several months for an appointment just to have my adjustment take less than 10 minutes, it was my first visit!! It appears the IG/tiktok world gets the VIP treatment, as opposed to his non-recorded sessions. He discussed my X-rays for 2-3 minutes then did the adjustment (all while speaking with another client awaiting her appointment). I thought it was unprofessional but let it be because I was in the midst of getting the treatment and was trying to stay positive. When he was finished, he quickly guided me to the massage chair and said sit here for ten minutes. I wasn’t given any space to ask any follow up questions or connect with his thoughts/feedback (again this was my first time in a chiro chair..). I felt okay afterward but lacked an overall feeling of satisfaction, especially for the $349 initial price point. The last interaction was him placing a pricing sheet on my lap (while in the massage chair) saying he recommends me coming in 2-3 times a month (so another $99/per)…. Not sure your service is exactly worth it, Dr Alex. I wish I left with more of an understanding of my body’s kinks and potential things I could try at home. I won’t be coming back here, unfortunately, it was a rather mediocre experience at best.
