North Orange County Physical Rehabilitation, Inc offers an integrated suite of services, combining various therapeutic disciplines to provide holistic care. Their approach is designed to address not just symptoms but also the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction.
Chiropractic Care: Led by Dr. Jose Saldivar Jr., the clinic provides chiropractic adjustments aimed at correcting spinal misalignments, reducing nerve interference, and improving overall nervous system function. This is a foundational element for many patients seeking relief from back pain, neck pain, headaches, and more.
Physical Therapy: With licensed physical therapists like Stella R. Vargas, the practice implements individualized treatment programs. This includes rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy, and injury prevention strategies. Physical therapy is crucial for regaining strength, flexibility, and mobility, especially for those recovering from injuries or surgery.
Massage Therapy: Licensed massage therapists, such as Eduardo, offer a variety of techniques. Soft-tissue massage is often combined with other treatments to help with overall relaxation, release muscle knots, and reduce tension, complementing chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy by enhancing blood flow and tissue healing.
Work Injury Rehabilitation: Specialized programs are available for patients recovering from work-related injuries, focusing on comprehensive rehabilitation to help individuals return to their occupations safely and effectively.
Post-Surgical Recovery: Tailored rehabilitation programs assist patients in their recovery journey after various surgical procedures, aiming to restore function and minimize downtime.
Pain Management: A multi-faceted approach to managing chronic and acute pain, incorporating chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy modalities, and manual techniques to reduce discomfort and improve quality of life.
Dry Needling: As indicated by public data, this service is also offered, which involves using thin needles to stimulate trigger points and muscular tissue, aiming to relieve pain and muscle tightness.
North Orange County Physical Rehabilitation, Inc is distinguished by several features and highlights that contribute to its effectiveness and reputation among patients.
Experienced and Caring Team: A key highlight is the dedicated and experienced staff. As one patient reviewed, "My therapist Stella is great she really cares about my recovery and has helped me come a long way. Also the massage therapist they have Eduardo is awesome he also asked what hurts and gets the knotts out. Everyone here is awesome including Dr Saldivar I am not his patient but he came over and asked how I was doing and even gave me some pointers to help me heal. Thank you to everyone here for caring for your patient's." This illustrates a compassionate and skilled team, from physical therapists and massage therapists to Dr. Saldivar himself, who are genuinely invested in patient recovery.
Multidisciplinary Approach: The integration of chiropractic care, physical therapy, and massage therapy under one roof provides a cohesive and comprehensive treatment experience, allowing for better coordination of care and more holistic outcomes.
Patient-Focused Care: The personalized nature of their treatment plans ensures that each patient's specific needs and recovery goals are addressed, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. This is evident in the therapist's attention to individual pain points and progress.
Focus on Education: Beyond providing hands-on treatment, the team often offers valuable insights and "pointers," as mentioned in a review, to help patients actively participate in their healing process and maintain long-term results.
Addressing Work and Auto Injuries: The clinic has a particular emphasis on treating injuries sustained from work or auto accidents, indicating specialized knowledge and protocols for these complex cases.
However, it is important to acknowledge that patient experiences can vary. One review noted, "I feel I lost my time there. My physical therapy felt rushed, no documentation whatsoever. The day of my second session the physical therapist did not show up. Not sure why my insurance company referred me here." This feedback suggests that while many patients have positive experiences, there may be instances where the administrative or scheduling aspects could be improved, or where individual expectations regarding documentation and therapist consistency were not met. Prospective patients are encouraged to communicate their needs clearly and ensure all aspects of their care plan are understood.

Jan 28, 2025 · Victor RosalesI work in the medical field. Don’t recommend this office. Starting with reception, not helpful, would place calls on hold, heard them say there was “6 calls ahead of you”… that was not the case. Had a staff PT tell us that providers prescribe statins (medications for cholesterol) to decrease the population, and said to take a supplement instead. I understand the use of supplements and the benefits of them, I use them myself. However it’s out of the scope of practice to say such things to patients. They weren’t very tentative nor did they provide coaching on in assuring the patients were completing the exercise correctly. Not returning.
Dec 30, 2024 · Noemy MorenoThe red herring, that I should have chosen a new PT, was that I got lost looking for the location in the first place, while the caucasian receptionist didn't explain that the location was in a tricky spot. I called numerous times. She literally had me roaming around for an hour, while she purposely didn't say that they're close to a McDonald's. She later says everyone has difficulty finding the office because its so close to Brea city boarder... Soon after I began receiving services, my PT, didn't ask me how I was; if my pain has lessoned; or anything. She didn't offer any different exercises and just had me do my routine alone. The exercises didn't change, nor evolve. I had to ask the other PT; Stella; if she could offer me any more exercises to help me, as my PT; Lucille; was absent. Point is, they didn't care if the exercises were helping or not. They just give you a routine, that doesn't change, and expect that you're fine after a few weeks. My pain remained the same. They could not do anything to advance my healing. I was shocked that they were not concerned about asking if the exercises were even helping me. She didn't care... *I knew that I really needed to just find some real professionals. Professionals don't end your treatment after not even seeing if their efforts and routine is helping at all.* This was really a disgusting experience. They wasted my time. I need a physical therapist that will actually help me get well... To add insult to injury; the other PT; Stella; was very rude. She could not wait till I finish cleaning the equipment, and walk away, before she tries to snatch the equipment, right out of my hand, to give someone else! Very inconsiderate, disrespectful, and unprofessional! Then I ask the hispanic receptionist to please write my last 3 appt. dates on an appt. card, twice, and she hands me a yellow post-it with the days missing. These people are so unprofessional and rude. It was literally easier to fill out the appt. card; that she did for me every other time, that includes all the info. needed; than to half way write it all up on a post-It. I had to request what I wanted from the caucasian receptionist the next time I came. These people are very negatively biased and unprofessional. They discriminate at their discretion.Over all; Majorly Unprofessional and inept in actually helping people heal, so they don't need anymore physical therapy.I'll take my business to someone that can do the job properly and professionally.
