She’s so warm and the ambiance of her office makes you feel so relaxed.Within minutes of meeting me, she could tell that my body was not balanced (due to poor posture and crossing my legs). I’ve had about 10 sessions with her so far and look forward to every session. I work remotely and sit behind a computer for 6-7 hours/day so I hold a lot of tension in my hips and back. I leave my appointments feeling stretched, loosened up, and just so zen overall. It’s also helped me sleep a lot better and deeper.I’m so grateful to have started this process early on to help me avoid bigger issues as I age.
