Hi,I have herniated disk in my neck for last 6 yrs but my symptoms were much better, meaning no pain, no numbness no tingling. But when I use to work out I get stiffness and spasms so I went see this guy.Even after explaining all the details that I don't have any pain and asking 2 times to him before the adjustments to my neck that does this really necessary? he still went with neck adjustment. Same night after yrs all the symptoms came back. Pain, shooting pain in arm and weakness. From being healthy to now losing most of the mobility, that is where I stand now.I strongly recommend to the people who is suffering from Herniated disk, please do your self a favor and stay away from the neck adjustment. No Chiropractor will tell you this but it's you neck, it's your body you need to be smart about it. Don't do the same mistake what I did. I am in pain, if you are reading this, you are in pain also so I understand your pain but they don't so be smart about it.Good luck, I hope your pain gets better. - Faiyaz Quadri
