★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been going to Ideal Therapy for months now, after a knee surgery. I teamed up with Dominic and he's been great. He's knowledge, skilled, patient, attentive, caring and listens great to my feedback and input.I'm now slowly getting back to sports and more vigorous life activities. I know I couldn't have done this without Ideal Therapy and "Dom".Thank you so much Dom. I look forward to completing my work there soon, and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of a PT.
Apr 20, 2025 · J VUnfortunately, our experience at this physical therapy clinic fell drastically below expectations. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that the environment was not reflective of a professional healthcare clinic. The front area resembled more of a casual hangout spot, with staff members sitting around on laptops and engaged in personal conversations, rather than focused on patient care.My mother, who recently underwent hand surgery and requires intensive, professional hand therapy for at least six weeks, had a scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, we were directed by the front desk staff to a man named John, who I assume is the owner. We waited approximately 10 minutes while John appeared preoccupied with his laptop and showed no urgency to assist us. When he finally approached us, he briefly asked my mother to remove her hand brace and move her hand up and down. That was the entirety of his “assessment” before handing her off to a therapist. What followed was shocking. The so-called therapy session lasted no more than four minutes—a completely inadequate response to someone recovering from surgery. The therapist neither evaluated my mother’s hand strength nor offered any hands-on assistance. Instead, I had to help my mother perform the exercises while the therapist simply set a timer for one minute for each of the four exercises. Afterward, she handed me a printed sheet with those same exercises and said my mother could continue doing them at home. Is this what qualifies as a physical therapy session? I was genuinely stunned. My mother requires careful, guided, and progressive rehabilitation—not a rushed four-minute routine followed by a generic handout. The lack of concern and professional engagement was alarming.Throughout this time, several other therapists were seen socializing with one another about personal matters, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and focus on patient care. At the end of the session, the therapist casually asked John whether my mother should return twice a week. His disinterested response—delivered with a dismissive facial expression and without even pausing from his phone—was, “Let’s bring her in.”This clinic not only lacks clinical rigor, but also the compassion and professionalism one would expect in a therapeutic setting. I left feeling deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the standard of care being provided to vulnerable patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking meaningful, attentive, and professional physical therapy services.

Mar 23, 2025 · Ali NakhlehVery lack luster...My fist appointment I walked in and didn't really know where to go as it's just one big room. After I checked in, I was to to sit in a chair all by itself very off centerd and about 8' away from the PT who is sitting but has his laptop on a stand so you can barely see him. I sat down no pleasantries from him. He said you're here for your hips? I said no, I'm here for my Pelvis tilt, SI Joint. He starts typing, I continued to tell him my pain etc..I said I had some questions he looked annoyed still typing said ok what's your questions not looking at me. I asked specific questions re what I like to do ie ebike, dancing, pickleball and if I should continue or hold off for now? I also told him I was going to the Philippines in a month and was concerned about the 15hr flight He was more than vague more like rude in his answers, "if it hurts stop doing it", "I don't know how you dance", "maybe ride less distance" I asked about a couple of machines at The gym If They were bad for my back, again no suggestions just non committed answers all the while still typing. Over all he was just not friendly and basically rude. He printed out a paper handed it an male intern with a long dangly earing (same earing as another male intern there) to show me some exercises. Intern never once anything about my form, All the exercises were exercises to do while I was on the flight which wasn't for another month. Over all between the vibe, music, no real interaction with the actual PT(felt like he was hiding behind his computer, really strange)all the interns/workers just sitting around talking, it felt very unprofessional, you feel just like a number and basically more a bother than a patient who deserves respect and understanding.
