Your guidance allowed me to reintroduce what I love: Bike riding, taking long 1 to 2 hour walks (where 30 minutes were extremely painful, limping back home), and being able to get out of a car in seconds instead of 5 - 10 minutes.From 2020 to 2023 I suffered piercing low back and dual feet pain, feeling I was slowly falling apart, and fighting depression.Thanks to my friend who insisted I meet you and speak with you which resulted in the best decision in my life. I went in with hip pain at first, then let her know I was also dealing with foot and glute pain as well. A mess overall, but she showed me and worked on some exercises to address my running injuries.After following through and doing them at home, little by little they have all subsided and I’m back to running pain free.Highly recommend her for anything you’re struggling with in terms of concerns/pains as she is very knowledgeable and personable. Especially as someone that has to be active and donesn't like downtime, having a PT that can get you healthy and give you tools to come back stronger and remain healthy is HUGE. Sara does all this and more. I have had a lot of issues over the past year and she has gotten me through them miraculously time and time again. I can't express how grateful I am to have found her and the work she does.
