I met Dr. Christopher at an event he hosted in his office on Saturday and decided to check out his practice after he mentioned a special $49 program (see picture).I visited on Tuesday for my first consultation and an X-ray. Since my insurance plan covers 50%, the office charged me $32.50.The next day, I returned for a follow-up, adjustments, and a treatment plan. I felt confident and decided to proceed with the six-month treatment plan, agreeing to a total cost of $1,885.14, to be paid in six monthly installments. My first payment of $314.19 was charged to my credit card on March 26, 2025.However, when I reviewed the paperwork for signature, I noticed that it stated my last payment would be on September 14, 2025, instead of August 14, 2025, which would mean seven payments instead of six. I pointed out the error to the office manager and asked her to verify it. She checked the system and confirmed she had entered six months, but it still showed a final payment in September. I counted the payments on a calendar and confirmed that the total was seven.Because of this discrepancy, I refused to sign the paperwork. She insisted that I sign it again, but I declined both times, as it was incorrect and violated my rights. I was beyond sad, upset, and speechless. I requested a refund and offered to pay only for that day’s visit ($32.50).She then left to speak with Dr. Christopher, and after some time, they both returned. At this point, I was deeply disappointed and told him I no longer wanted to continue treatment at his practice. He refunded my payment, and I paid $32.50 for that day’s visit. While I sincerely believe Dr. Christopher is an amazing, kind, and passionate doctor, I refuse to be pressured into signing incorrect paperwork. I have to reply here.This matter was between me and the manager, at the checkout counter. You, as the owner, stated that she didn’t ask me to sign the incorrect paperwork—but how do you know that? You were not present at the counter during our conversation. If you truly want to verify what happened, I encourage you to review the office camera footage.I had no reason to be upset and was fully prepared to proceed with the six-month treatment plan. However, being asked to sign an incorrect document is what caused my concern and frustration.Additionally, your response states that “the system was not showing the correct information, which we are not at fault for.” If that’s the case, then whose fault is it? If a system error occurs, it’s the responsibility of the staff to catch the mistake and correct it before asking a patient to sign. If this issue is being blamed on the system, I strongly suggest reviewing all patient accounts to ensure they have been charged correctly.For any patients reading this, I highly recommend double-checking your statements.Personally, if I make a mistake, I take accountability, apologize, and correct it.At this point, all I can say is—please be cautious.

I have almost three months attending adjustments and getting massages and it has helped me tremendously! I came in with major knee pain and lower back pain and I can say that in these three months there has been major changes in my knee and also my back. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful!

Dr Christopher, Esmeralda, and Ernie are the best! I’ve been going to see Dr. Christopher for 6 months and I have seen such amazing results! My back had been hurting for years and was being to lose hope! He explained everything in such a way that just made sense! He takes his time to find the solution and fixes the root cause! Ernie is absolutely the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen and she has a craft at what she does! Her massages hurt so good! Esmeralda is the sweetest and kindest! She always greets you with a smile and brightens your day! Highly recommend!

I reached out to office via a Facebook ad $20 visit includes exam and free massage.The office staff and doctor was really nice and friendly.The doctor is very friendly and takes his time to explain everything. Very informational.I have never went back for any treatment due to my work schedule, so I can't speak to anything but his bedside manner.

Dr. Christopher is AMAZING! He’s helped me with my range of motion in my neck and improved my overall posture. Esme up front is always pleasant and professional and handled all my insurance processes. Ernie, my massage therapist is incredible! You must get a massage from her…trust me.
