Jun 04, 2024 · Melissa MillerI came to Chiros In Motion with a previous weightlifting injury, headaches and poor sleep. Emma was so kind, thorough and skillful in her practice. Not only is my sports injury pain nonexistent, I’ve even been able to make PRs in the gym again. She worked with me to reduce my headaches and my sleep has never been better. Jul 17, 2024 · Lindsey NelsonI've had a few bike fits in the past, but none have included a full body analysis like Dr. Jay provided. I felt like my bike fit was really custom TO ME vs just following general rules. I even left with some exercises to work on to make me a better and faster rider. I came in thinking my bike setup was dialed in, and left feeling better and more comfortable than I was. Great service and Dr. Jay really knows his stuff.
