I came in to see Dr. Pav for lower back pain, but the visit ended up being much more comprehensive than I expected in the best way. Before we even got started, I met Manuel, who took my weight, blood pressure, and a photo for my profile. He was friendly and made the process smooth.Dr. Pav gave me a full tour of the office, which was a nice touch and helped me feel comfortable. We sat down and went over my lab work, including my low ferritin levels, and talked through my symptoms and what I do for work. It wasn’t just a quick adjustment she took the time to really understand what was going on.Before the adjustment, I was treated to hydrotherapy, traction, and electric muscle stimulation to help loosen up my back. By the time I got back to Dr. Pav for the actual adjustment, I already felt some relief. The adjustment itself was much needed and felt amazing. It was clear she knew exactly what she was doing.The whole experience felt very intentional and personalized. I ended up signing up for the 3-month membership to help get myself back on track, and I’m glad I did.If you’re on the fence or unsure, just go in for a consult. Dr. Pav is warm, easy to talk to, and really listens. Her staff is just as great super personable, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. It’s a really positive environment all around.
