★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The chiropractor was good at explaining andSharing the treatment on the first visit. Then it was just the machines treating you mostly. Today I got traction on the neck, but it was not supervised and he didn’t even check after that. I have felt very dizzy and with nausea after that and I had traction many times before, but it was always supervised by the chiropractor and very slow. Here, the receptionist tuned on the machine and left immediately. I don’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Jan 28, 2025 · Jay McCutchanDr. Jon is awesome, he is so knowledgeable and friendly. I come to him for most things before I go to my doctor. He has handled the recovery of dislocated fingers, Achilles rupture as well as my chiro needs. Front desk is also super nice and helpful!

Apr 19, 2024 · GregWhen I arrived, I was not greeted, then I was told to go into a room but then taken out of the room because the receptionist didn't ask me any questions & didn't know I was a new patient. She left my medical paperwork on the top of the front desk until another receptionist offered to take care of it while I was still waiting to be told what to do. Carmichael pushed me to do dry needling even though I voiced that I was not 100% confident or comfortable with it. He originally said they would only be in for about 3 minutes, but left them in for closer to 10. After my "treatment" I had intense lower back pain (where he needled me) for almost a month after. When I called to tell him this, his suggestion was to then get an ultrasound that wouldn't have been covered by insurance. I didn't opt to spend more money and time with this doctor since the first treatment and experience overall was already a nightmare for me. Joel was not understanding & kindness is something he needs to work on!

Oct 31, 2022 · Red RobinI've seen several different chiropractors in the past and for the most part most of them wanted to immediately put me on some kind of long term (often prepaid) treatment plan or sell me other therapies that had little to do with my back pain. Dr. Carmichael told me on my first visit that his plan was to treat my problem with as few visits as possible in order to get me well and out enjoying good health. His treatment has been really effective and I always leave his office feeling much better. I've learned to listen to my body to tell him what I'm having issues with and he has no problem working on them. I really like that he addresses the entire musculoskeletal system and doesn't mind digging into a stubborn muscle knot to make it loosen up. I'm really happy that I found Dr. C!
