This review of Link Medical Center is long overdue. About 5 years ago, I suddenly could barely walk. I had always been active, between, walking, yoga, body pump and other. What felt like a little discomfort escalated to the point of terrible pain. I sought help with an orthopedic doctor , got X-rays, mri, pt et. Through a good friend, I was referred to Link. I will be forever grateful for that referral. Dr’s Amstutz initially treated my condition. Within one week of doing eldoa exercises, I was on the road to recovery. Within one month almost. 100%. Thereafter I say Dr Dobbs, until I left the country 2 years ago. I still do my eldoas and when in Southern California stop by for a check up. No surgery, no medicine, just compassionate and talented doctors!!! Muchos gracias from Baja Mexico

I've not had the pleasure of receiving any medical treatment at Link, but since the Covid-19 pandemic shutting everything down, I started doing Ben Hubers' Tuesday and Thursday Eldoa classes on Facebook or Instagram. Despite them being late for me (I'm on the East coast), the hour flies by, and the stretching, specific postures, and movements have actually helped me sleep much better. After 8 weeks, I have greater flexibility and balance, and less joint discomfort. I'm sure the in-person classes are way more awesome, but I definitely recommend trying out the online classes; you only need a mat or a padded surface. An added plus is all the class videos are saved on their Facebook page, so they can be done anytime.

I was excited to start going to this place. I did my research online and it seemed different than the other places I have been to. I met with Dr Acunia three times and each visit this lady from the back room has come out and said some smug remark to me. On my 4th visit I was running late and at the exact 15th minute late, the same smug grouchy lady calls me to tell me I missed my appointment: I was one light away! I explained I drove from Temecula for this appointment. She just wanted to tell me that I would be responsible for a missed appointment fine and asked if I wanted to reschedule. She knew I had another appointment scheduled already she just wanted her moment of glory of crapping on someones day. Don't go here if you unless it's impossible for you to be stuck in traffic, etc.
