Dr Doris has been one of the best Chiropractor I have had in my 40 some years of taking care of my health this way. She is a seeker of answers not just adjusting. She also does acupuncture and specifically helped me with a swollen knee that gave me great pain on occasion. I would say if you want a Chiropractor who is so much more and want real answers to health issues you're missing out if you are not seeing Dr. Doris. I could say so much more but you need to experience her caring practice yourself.

Dr. Doris is very knowledgeable about her work. She is patient and listened to my issues. Not only did she adjust my neck and took the pain away, she gave me tips on how to help keep my neck in alignment between adjustments. Would highly recommend!

Love Jade Orchid Wellness and Doctor Fregoso is a kind and understanding human being that helped me validate how I was feeling and with my path to healing, not just physically, but also internally and emotionally too.I’m Evy and my healing journey started when I met with Dr. Fregoso who happens to be bilingual. She understood that my pain was real, especially during my pregnant and was unable use pain medication due to the effects on my growing baby.I had never believed in alternative medication. Personally, I am afraid of all needles and hate to even see them. So, right from the start I was a huge skeptic. If doctors had tried everything to reduce my pain, especially with a growing baby, and couldn't hel me. How was this going to help me?!!!!!The first day, I felt heard and not judged. I was being asked multiple questions, regular, medical, and what was happening in my regular life. The wholeness approach of Doctora Fregoso was refreshing. While taking notes, learned about my extreme pain, stress, and medical complications. When I got to her, I had seen every doctor out there and nothing due to my high risk pregnancy. I was labeled untouchable. I could barely walked because of how my child was positioned inside, and had to hunching down because of the severe pain.Dr. Fregoso was kind, and understanding. Listened to me, and knew that the amount of stress and anxiety my pregnancy was causing me was not good for me or the baby. She made me as comfortable as possible while also being careful. She explained every single step along the way and how the needles will my body. Again… me as a skeptic, I was just like, whatever lady… (I thought to myself, I am here because you are my last resource, and just hoping that the needles wouldn't hurt).She told me to breathe in and out. I didn’t even notice when the needles went in and they didn’t even hurt. She just touched me and asked me what area hurt the most from where she was touching (these areas were not even near to where my main pain was). The sarcastic part of me thought, I just wasted my time and money.After her treatment was done, she helped me get up and I got dressed. While getting ready I noticed something. I was standing straight for the first time in months. The pain was there, but it was tolerable. I was able to walk out with a straight back… like what!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the moment where I became a believer.After her, I tried a different acupuncturist to which I had received a gift card as a present. When I went to see this other person, there was nothing. No change, no anything. This confirmed that Dr. Fregoso was the real deal.I scheduled my next appointment at Jade Orchid Wellness and never looked back. Her treatments do such an amazing job. Between our sessions, I learned that acupuncture can help with inducing birth. I was shocked, but because I didn’t want to use as many medications this time compared to my last pregnancy, as i had to be induced too.Having Cholestasis in both pregnancies requires to be induce. I found her fees, to be surprisingly very affordable (better than the cost of medical drugs for induction). She came to the hospital 4 times to do the key points for inducing. It truly helped!!!!!!!! The only thing that the doctors had to do was break my water. Besides that, everything went super smoothly for a situation that is full of stress and fears like welcoming a new baby.This is why I keep seeing her. This is why she has all my trust and has helped me with other medical issues. I owe Doctora Fregoso the birth of my healthy child without the need of poisonous medicine for being induced. I wished I would have done this sooner, or would have known ten years ago what I know today.This is the reason why I keep recommending Jade Orchid Wellness and Doctor Fregoso. I have too many positive things to say about her and her knowledge, but not enough to have it fit here. She is the real deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
