Aug 11, 2022 · Meg CollinsGreat chiropractor and a very kind and caring person. Dr. Lydia is great at identifying problem areas and helping to relax muscles, increase mobility, and improve circulation. She has also been great at recommending targeted stretches and exercises. Treatments have the benefit of allowing me to move better to help reduce swelling and get back to my normal self. Accompanied with stretching and exercises, this treatment helps me recover faster and more completely. Appointments are easy and attentive, without any pressure to come a certain number of times or frequency.
