Based on publicly available information and customer feedback, Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic provides services that are typical of many chiropractic practices. The goal of these services is to help patients find relief from pain and improve their overall spinal health. The approach to treatment can vary, and it is always best to discuss your specific needs with a professional. The services commonly associated with a practice of this nature, as described by patient reviews, include:
- Chiropractic Adjustments: The manual manipulation of the spine and other joints to help with alignment and nerve function. One review noted a "neck cracked" as part of the treatment.
- Roller Bed Therapy: The use of a specialized table with rollers designed to massage and relax the back muscles. One customer mentioned they "lay on the roller bed" during their visit.
- Spinal Decompression/Stretching: The use of a machine or table to gently stretch the spine. A review mentioned the "back stretcher machine."
- Vibration Therapy: The use of a vibrating machine or bed. A customer review noted a patient would "vibrate for 10 min."
- X-ray Services: Diagnostic imaging is used to examine the condition of the spine. One review mentioned being charged for "x-rays."
Customer reviews offer a glimpse into the patient experience at Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic and highlight both positive and negative aspects of the practice. On the positive side, a key highlight is the friendly and accommodating staff. A customer noted, "The staff/assistants were very nice. Always greeted with a smile." The flexibility of the office staff is also mentioned as a pro, with the ability to "adjust times day-of which was nice." This can be a significant benefit for individuals with unpredictable schedules. However, other feedback raises concerns about the patient experience and the business model. Several reviews describe a "pushy sales pitch" for expensive, long-term treatment plans. One customer stated they were told to purchase a "$5,000 treatment plan that lasts 8+ weeks, 3x a week" after coming in for a single issue. Another review mentions a "pushy spiel for a treatment plan" that the patient found "unprofessional and dishonest." A consistent theme in the negative feedback is a perceived lack of personalization in the treatment. A customer noted that the "doctors never listened to my issues" and that they seemed to "give the same treatment to every single patient," regardless of their specific concerns. The review described a standardized routine that included a "roller bed," a "neck cracked," and a vibrating machine, with the treatment not changing even when the patient felt things were "aren't getting better." Concerns were also raised about billing, with one customer stating they were "charged almost $300 for x-rays" and then "double-billed our insurance." The same customer also expressed frustration with a lack of communication from the business, stating, "They have ignored our numerous voicemails and emails." These features, both positive and negative, are important considerations for anyone evaluating their options for chiropractic care.

The reviews suggest a business model that may not suit every patient, especially those seeking a more individualized approach to care or who are not interested in long-term treatment plans. For those who value a standardized approach and are prepared to navigate potential sales pitches, the practice may still be a viable option. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Some pros: The staff/assistants were very nice. Always greeted with a smile. They also were pretty flexible on the times I came in. They were able to adjust times day-of which was nice.Cons: Very pushy sales pitch kind of place. You will walk in for one issue and get told you should purchase a $5,000 treatment plan that lasts 8+ weeks, 3x a week. The doctors never listened to my issues, they give the same treatment to every single patient. You lay on the roller bed. You get your neck cracked. You vibrate for 10 min. You might go on the back stretcher machine that only made things worse if anything. Then you leave. Nothing about the treatment will change at all no matter how much you tell them things aren't getting better. If they arent better... you know what you need? Another treatment plan! Sike... I left there when I could, and it was awkward having to deny all of the pushed offered plans. Went here in 2023.
Jun 04, 2025 · Ryan McGuffThis place is a scam. My wife scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hekler for a simple adjustment. It turned into a pushy spiel for a treatment plan. They charged us almost $300 for x-rays, then afterward told her they would only do an adjustment during a follow-up appointment. Then, they double-billed our insurance. They have ignored our numerous voicemails and emails. Unprofessional and dishonest. We are being charged almost $500 for attending a sales pitch.
May 20, 2025 · Erik PetersenEveryone here very friendly and helpful. Any requests I’ve made for records have been handled promptly. Staff and Doctors know their stuff!
May 14, 2025 · Victoria RatcliffeHonestly the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. So helpful and transparent. I was in severe pain before I started receiving services and I feel sooo much better. No more pain. Doctors are amazing. And I cannot say enough about all of the staff. They are friendly and make coming into the office quick, easy, and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
Aug 09, 2024 · Nicole HohlerThe entire staff is amazing. They are always so accommodating with my schedule. Dr. Heckler and Dr. Estep are wonderful at what they do. Lexi and Chloe are so friendly and welcoming. Physical therapy with Alex has helped so much with my symptoms. I’m so glad I started my chiropractic journey with this practice and definitely recommend them.
