★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Come one, come all because Dr. Wooten sees both dog and human patients! I first found out about this practice because my rescue dog Darby has luxating patellas in his hind legs, which in layman's terms is bad knees - pretty common in small dogs. Darby has visited as a patient twice and while understandably a little nervous, was comfortable around Dr. Wooten because he is very gentle and goes at a pace your dog is comfortable with. We also participated in a recent public demo that Dr. Wooten put on over the weekend illustrating some techniques to help your pet thrive! (Highly recommend signing up for the newsletter to find out when the next event is happening. Did I mention it's free?!)I myself went in as a patient for the first time after waking up with some wrist pain and tweaking my neck and lower back. While I thought it was carpal tunnel syndrome, Dr. Wooten provided a more accurate assessment of tendinitis. He looked at both my neck/shoulder area and spine and also confirmed that these were probably some more chronic issues than I'd initially thought. With this prognosis, Dr. Wooten offered an abundance of practical actions I can do on a daily basis. When you visit Dr. Wooten, he doesn't just fix the issue - he provides you with a toolkit so that you can take your physical health into your own hands!A review of Dr. Wooten's office wouldn't be complete without giving Rick a shout-out - he's awesome - and the fact that this establishment is obviously dog-friendly. Dr. Wooten's dogs, Nikki and Blake, hang out behind the reception area :) My experience has been that appointments are relatively easy to get and when you leave a message, you'll always get a call back from Rick by the end of day. In terms of cleanliness, Dr. Wooten himself is the one who wipes everything down. I truly couldn't recommend seeing Dr. Wooten more for your chiropractic needs and will happily refer anyone, human or canine!
Jun 25, 2025 · Evelyn KwongMichael Wooten is a skilled practitioner who cares deeply about his patients. As a fellow weekend warrior, our goals align perfectly to keep me on the tennis court and enjoying my favorite pastimes. He has helped me avoid surgery numerous times and approached healing from a more natural and holistic perspective. I would recommend Dr. Wooten to anyone who is interested in staying healthy and active. Also, his staff are terrific and he has a few massage therapists who are miracle workers!
Nov 01, 2017 · Kate ZeigerDr. Wooten is probably about the best human being on this planet- So smart, friendly, funny, and experienced. I have thoracic outlet syndrome, and saw dozen of medical doctors who did not diagnose me correctly for almost a year of being in excruciating pain. When I saw Dr. Wooten, I was so impressed with his thorough examination- it was way better than any physician including all the neurologists, vascular surgeons, and orthopedic doctors I had seen. TOS is difficult to treat, and there is no quick fix. It took months of therapy by Dr. Wooten and weekly visits to his massage therapist, Mike, (in addition to going to physical therapy) to be able to go back to work. I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Wooten and Mike, because I went from literally hoping I would die because I was in so much pain doing simple things like brushing my teeth, to being able to go back to work, live a normal happy life, and taking care of my family.
Mar 11, 2023 · Julie BBeing an athlete and now massage therapist, I have seen my share of Chiropractors and Osteopaths over the years. Dr. Wooten is hands-down the best "hand-on" experience I've had. He took his time to really assess my issues and has a friendly and thorough communication style. His techniques for adjusting include soft tissue manipulation which, to me, is essential but often not included. In my work I'm often asked for chiropractic referrals and I always suggest finding someone that has on-site massage therapists supporting their work. Dr. Wooten not only has an amazing staff of therapist, he also practiced massage himself and knows its value. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent his office (where the staff was awesome, too!) more often. I highly recommend Dr. Mike Wooten.
Feb 03, 2017 · Suzanne St.ClaireAnytime I need chiropractic help I go see Dr Wooten! He always gets me in ASAP and is a great listener. He then gives me tips and stretches so this won't happen again. I also have been seeing Mike for chiropractic massages and there is no one like him. As an athlete he is the only one can that can truly help release all the build up in my body.
