Chiropractic care is a primary healthcare profession focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractors primarily use hands-on spinal manipulation and other alternative treatments to restore proper alignment, reduce pain, and support the body's natural healing processes. Connected Whole Health embodies this philosophy with a patient-centered, collaborative, and whole-person approach. What truly makes this clinic exceptional is its integration with the University of Western States, which boasts the second-oldest Doctor of Chiropractic program in the world. This means that patients at Connected Whole Health benefit from a unique model where licensed, experienced clinicians supervise highly talented student practitioners. This collaborative environment ensures that care plans are not only evidence-based and informed by over a century of chiropractic education but also bring fresh perspectives and dedicated attention to each patient. For Portland residents, this offers an opportunity to receive high-quality care, often at a reduced cost, while contributing to the education and real-life clinical experience of the next generation of healthcare professionals. It’s a win-win scenario that underscores a commitment to both individual health and community well-being.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The Connected Whole Health Clinic at the University of Western States has provided me with excellent care! It also feels good giving future chiropractors real life clinical experiences. The students are supervised by experienced and knowledgeable clinicians, but the students themselves are super talented themselves. After having a baby, the clinic helped me to heal and taught me that I don't have to live in pain. I would recommend 100%!
Jul 16, 2024 · A. Majek Q. KunihiroI have had a great experience at the clinic. The interns are well trained and the office personnel are very polite and efficient as well. The doctors who are overseeing my treatments are the best. I had been told that I just had to live with my condition, it was as good as it gets. These doctors have improved my condition by 50 percent and I'm still improving. I highly recommended western states clinic!
Apr 15, 2023 · David WattersonMy other half got an emergency visit yesterday and one today for shoulder pain. Now, got a really cool deal for my chest x-ray and a real quick exam too. Which I will do later on
Jan 31, 2024 · Robbie NocheThe connected whole health clinic is a very welcoming and professional environment. I regularly see the interns who are very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. They were able to help me with a separate medical condition and refer me to a doctor in order to get it taken care of. Dr. Kahler, Dr. Piper, and Dr. Moreau are invested in the interns and into the healing of each of their patients. Everyone involved is incredible and you can tell the patient is the top priority!
May 31, 2023 · Courtney PearceI’m so glad I was referred to this clinic… it’s been a life changer. I’m absolutely amazed at the thoroughness, professionalism and helpfulness of the clinic. The clinicians, interns and students really know their stuff and are doing work that dramatically improves lives, including my own. They’ve discovered diagnosis that were missed by numerous health providers, and have the treatments to help. The answers and care I receive here help me feel hopeful again about my improving my health and my future.
