★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have never felt like I was taken care of by a health practitioner until I came to see Dr. Means. Every other doctor I saw tended to give me the same ineffective treatment over and over. Dr. Means gave me the most thorough assessment I have had, and I was fully pain free after only 3 treatments with him. He gave me exercises to maintain this myself, and said to come back only if things got worse. He was truly concerned about my health and not his paycheck, I would recommend him to anyone.
Jul 07, 2017 · Adam RobinsonI would like to take the time to extend my thanks to Dr. Seth Means. I recently hurt my lower back when working out, and had trouble getting back to exercising after this. After a very thorough assessment, he provided a treatment that got me feeling much better and back to exercising pain free. I was also given valuable preventative strategies to help further episodes from occuring. I’m very confident to send family/friends to see him knowing their in good hands. Highly recommend him!

May 01, 2017 · Courtney WesteraI have been in to see Seth for the pass month and I have had nothing but good things happen with my over all experience. After a nasty fall that left the left lower side of my back in shambles at a race and then a wrong movement that happen while surfing, I thought that I would be setting myself up to cancel a very important competitive race I have scheduled in October. Along with all that, I have been dealing with a annoying shoulder issues for a year and a half and that's after countless appointments with other doctors and therapist. It literally only took Seth 1 maybe 2 sessions to nip that sharpe shoulder pain in the butt! Now with the lower back issue, I figured maybe it will take much longer as I was expecting it to take some time to fully heal. Well after he treated the issue at hand for about 3 session, I was extremely surprised that it actually felt amazing! There were points in that back problem that I would wake up in in the morning in pain and it was even hard to walk without leaning over slightly to get relief 😒😒😣😣! Well that's no more as well and now I can honestly say I'm about 90 better with that back problem, which I know will take a little more time and diligent on my part and Seth as well. As long as I keep doing what I'm told (exercise and body movements he gave me to do) things will get to 💯 % before my championship race in October! This will be a long last patient, friend relationship as I know I will continue to see Seth through my 🏃 career! Thanks SethRuthford StephensElite Track & Field and Marathon Runner
