May 14, 2019 · Aubrie DunlapDr. Marrich is amazing. I was VERY skeptical of chiropractors but had a shoulder pain that wouldn't go away even with physical therapy. After seeing Dr. Marrich I am doing great! I still go for an occasional "tune up" and he genuinely keeps me feeling so much better than I thought possible. He really is great!

Jul 11, 2016 · Christine LongI feel compelled to post this review after being misled by all of the five star reviews on here. I would give zero stars if I could. I was recommended to see Dr. Marrich by someone who hadn’t seen him for over 10 years, and things really changed in that time. I was seeing Marrich for a motor vehicle accident, and he took that to mean “free money!” He then proceeded to schedule me three times a week with himself and once a week with his in-house rolfer. My appointments consisted of me coming in, waiting anywhere from 30-70 minutes, being taken back to a room where I had TENS placed haphazardly on my back with a hot pack by a receptionist, and waiting some more. By the time Dr. Marrich would come in to adjust me, the TENS had turned off and the hot packs were cold. I’d then get a 10 minute adjustment and be on my way. I got to the point where I refused the TENS and hot packs because I was so uncomfortable sitting with them turned off on my back for half an hour, and they weren’t helping. Oh, and he was charging me $100 for the hot packs and TENS every single time.Sometimes I would be scheduled with his rolfer an hour after my appointment and have to forgo getting adjusted because he still hadn’t gotten to me, and the rolfer actually kept a real schedule. The front desk girls are rude and don’t care, and when I was unable to get treatment for a month because they were overbooked, I told Dr. Marrich, and his response was that it must have been my fault. A month long break in treatment looks bad when you are dealing with an MVA, and he knows that. I finally got fed up. I left work early for an appointment and waited for an hour and 15 minutes without being seen, and I went to the front desk and told them I’d like to cancel my appointment and would not be returning.Within two weeks, I received a letter in the mail from Dr. Marrich saying that I had 30 days to pay my outstanding $3000+ bill or he would sue me. Mind you, I had car insurance vowing to pay all of this bill when treatment was done, and he had already gotten my $1000 med pay. I was forced to call around for attorneys and found out that Marrich has a reputation among attorneys and other chiropractors as being heavy billing and money hungry. I wish I had known that! I settled on lawyers who sent Marrich letters telling him to back off and sent me to a much better chiropractor. My yearlong treatment with the new chiropractor cost about a third of what Marrich was charging for six months, and it helped me much more, too. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes ever, and he didn’t waste money on hot packs (that should never be used on inflammation anyway) or TENS units. Marrich is a rip off. There are much better chiropractors in this city, guys. Don’t waste your money here!
