I went to BioPeak Health to see if they could help me with my knee and shoulder pain, hoping for a better experience while running. In addition to doing the Superhuman Protocol three times a week for three months, Chris taught me a series of stretching exercises. The pain in my knee was completely gone within the first month. I was able to run the Tobacco Road Marathon completely pain-free, and five months later, I’m still able to do long runs (20+ miles) without pain. My shoulder pain isn’t completely gone yet, but I would say it’s 75% better.I love the stretching exercises I learned from Chris and continue to do them every day to stay healthy and injury-free while running and lifting weights at the gym. I’m really impressed with Jill and Chris—you won’t find more knowledgeable and caring individuals. One of the things I love about BioPeak Health is the care and attention Chris and Jill give to each of their patients. I highly recommend them, and they get an A+ in my book.

Life-changing experience! I've been trying to improve my health through different modalities and BioPeak Health and The Super Human protocol has taken it to the next level. I was also able to learn what my body needs through the metabolic testing available at the clinic. Dr. Chris created state of the art facility (the only one in NC!) for the Superhuman Protocol with the highest grade of equipment available on the market, and I'm already seeing results, only after a few sessions. I've been sleeping a lot better and was able to continuously run for over 3 min without feeling like I'm dying (I'm not a runner and in the past anything over 30 seconds made me completely out of breath and gasping for air.)
